At GTS Builders Supply, we stand behind the quality of our building materials and home improvement products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account to view recent orders or contact our customer service team with your order number and the details of the specific building materials you wish to return.

  Prepare the Materials

  Ensure all items are in their original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition; please include all hardware, manuals, and accessories that were shipped with the product.

  Ship or Drop Off

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package or bring the items directly to our warehouse location for an immediate inspection and processing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned inventory, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, minus any applicable restocking fees.
